What can I do if the navigation bar and the banner do not show?
The most likely problem is that you are not using the most recent version of the Abode Flash Player. To view the Fomas Productions website you must have the latest version of the Flash Player installed on your computer. However most computers have a sufficient version of the flash player installed on their computer if you don't please visit Adobe's website and under downloads select the Flash player.
What can I do if the Fomas Productions website does not load?
There are many reason for the Fomas Productions website not to load the probable reason is that the hosting company's servers are down. We can not do anything to stop this from happening. The servers should come back on in about 30 minutes or so.
What can I do if I requested a Member username but I haven't received a confirmation email?
The Fomas Productions website gets many requests and since we process many e-mails, yours might quite a while to process...ranging from a hour to weeks.
If you want us to answer your e-mails faster than you might consider registering as a member of Fomas Productions and receive priority mail, yours will be processed before everyone elses...another benefit of being a member.
What can I do if I requested acceptance into Membership and was rejected?
Well, there isn't much you can do. If you were rejected it is probably because there were many who tried when you did and there got in before yours. So, if you wait a month and then try again, you might be more successful.
